 Key Practices Covered 

  • Enhancing Core Strength and Endurance: Improve abdominal and back stability, supporting hand balancing poses.
  • Improving Balance and Coordination: Learn how to maintain body balance and coordination in hand balances.
  • Building Upper Body Strength and Stability: Focus on strengthening shoulders, arms, and wrists, providing a solid foundation for hand balancing.
  • Increasing Self-Training Capability and Confidence: Master hand balancing techniques, boosting confidence to practice independently at home.

 Arm Balancing Poses to Practice 

In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice the following hand balancing and yoga poses:

  • Crow Pose (Bakasana): Enhance wrist and core strength, establishing basic hand balancing skills.
  • Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana): Strengthen side waist and abdominal muscles, improving balance and stability.
  • Funky Crow: Challenge balance and arm stability, adding variety to your hand balancing practice.
  • Headstand (Sirsasana): Increase shoulder and core stability, advancing your inversion skills.
  • Eka Pada Koundinyasana II: Deepen core and hip control, challenging higher difficulty balancing poses.
  • Chin Stand (Ganda Bherundasana): Strengthen upper back and arm endurance, enhancing the stability of your inversion skills.

 Registration Requirements 

This workshop is suitable for participants with at least six months of basic yoga practice experience. The instructor will adjust the teaching content based on participants' actual levels to ensure everyone can benefit from the class and feel challenged.
