Teresa Chong
Teresa Chong is a skilled yoga teacher with more than 15 years of experience. She has a deep passion for yoga and has completed extensive training in Yoga, aerial yoga, and advanced fitness. Teresa has represented Hong Kong in international competitions and has gained recognition for her contributions to media and charity events. Her mission is to inspire others through her teachings, performances, and ongoing pursuit of yoga knowledge.

Prerequisites
This course is suitable for yoga instructors, fitness coaches, and anyone interested in fascia release techniques.
Class Size
The course requires a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 12 participants per class, ensuring individualised attention for each student.
Course Format
The course consists of 12 hours of in-person classes and 2 hours of online learning. Students will learn both theoretical knowledge and practical techniques through a combination of classroom instruction and video-based learning.
Examination
The course examination includes a 1-hour written and practical component. The written exam, conducted online, will test your knowledge of fascia release techniques. For the practical portion, you will demonstrate your skills and may need to record and submit your performance on video for evaluation.
Certification
Upon completion of this course, students will receive a Yoga Alliance certification. The study hours from this course can also count towards your Continuing Education hours required by Yoga Alliance for further certification levels.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds After Enrolment: Once enroled, no refunds will be issued. However, refunds can be provided if you are unable to continue the course due to a physical injury or health condition, with a doctor's certificate as proof.
Course Cancellation: If we do not have enough students to run the course, it will be cancelled, and a full refund will be provided. We will reach out to students individually for their bank details, and the refund will be processed via bank transfer or FPS payment.
Weather & Force Majeure: In case of severe weather conditions such as a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning, we may either switch to an online format or postpone the class. However, we will not issue refunds due to bad weather or other force majeure factors.
